Fully automated control system, steel structure chassis, vertical cement silo

A high-precision electronic weighing system ensures accurate aggregate proportioning, while a dual-cylinder rapid discharge gate significantly shortens the batching cycle. The hopper's inner wall features a large-angle anti-stick design, ensuring smooth and residue-free discharge. The variable frequency belt conveyor provides stable and low-noise operation. The modular steel structure of the entire machine facilitates easy installation and flexible relocation, adapting to various engineering projects and commercial concrete plants.

Twin-shaft forced mixing with large-diameter spiral blades ensures uniform mixing of concrete in a short time. High-wear-resistant alloy liners and blades extend service life, and multiple sealing structures at the shaft ends effectively prevent grout leakage. Hydraulic door unloading is quick and stable, and the modular design facilitates daily inspection and replacement of vulnerable parts, ensuring convenient maintenance and reliable operation. (Self-made, SICOMA and other reputable brands optional)

1. The system features separate vertical cement silos and integrated horizontal cement silos. Fly ash, mineral powder, and other powders are conveyed via fully enclosed screw conveyors, with independent weighing hoppers for precise metering. An air-float arch-breaking device prevents powder from bridging and clogging, while a dust collector controls dust spillage. A fully sealed pipeline design ensures no dust leakage, high metering accuracy, and compliance with green and environmentally friendly batching plant standards.

Integrated PLC and industrial touchscreen control support multiple recipe storage and one-click recall. Seamless switching between automatic and manual modes allows for real-time monitoring and historical traceability of production data. Fault self-diagnosis and alarm functions reduce maintenance complexity. An optional remote monitoring module enables centralized management of multiple sites, ensuring stable and efficient production line operation.
Concrete production environments are diverse — from fixed large-scale mixing yards to frequently relocated roadside construction sites. We engineer robust, flexible mixing systems tailored to these real-world job site challenges.
Focused on concrete batching technology, our portfolio covers mobile concrete batching plants, stationary mixing stations, aggregate batching units, belt conveying systems and integrated intelligent control cabins. Every piece of equipment undergoes iterative structural optimisation and strict factory testing to deliver stable performance under harsh outdoor working conditions.
